Kamarkundu GRP Thana returns lost LAPTOP 

On 18/3/2026, Civic Volunteer of Kamarkundu GRP Thana named Abhijit Patra received information from source that a person had boarded the Howrah-Burdwan (Chord) train from Burdwan station to go to Mosagram station, but had left a bag containing a laptop and other documents in the train and deboarded at Mosagram station by mistake. The train was heading towards Howrah Station. 

The Civic Volunteer immediately informed another Civic Volunteer named Swagatam Ganguly of Kamarkundu GRP Thana who retrieved the bag with the laptop from the train and brought it to the Kamarkundu GRPS. The owner of the laptop, Pulak Biswas (32) of Purba Bardhaman was contacted and after verifying ownership, the said bag containing laptop and valuables was handed over to him.
