Yesterday on 04.03.26 the GRP team of Railway Police Investigation Centre at Durgapur Station under Andal GRP Thana recovered a black backpack during their night patrol duty at Durgapur R/S area. It was found on Durgapur R/S Platform No. 3, towards the Asansol end. Inside it one LAPTOP (DELL), one Mobile Phone, Identity documents etc belonging to one Pargat Singh of Paschim Bardhaman were found.

Upon information the belongings were returned to the rightful owner after proper verifications. It has been learnt that Pargat Singh, had boarded train number 12351/UP, the Howrah - Rajendranagar Express, and had inadvertently left his backpack at Durgapur Railway Station.
